Recognized as a business leader in the state, Lance Compton is one of Georgia’s up and coming.

Georgia Trend, the premiere business and political magazine in the state, has named Red Clay CEO and Founder Lance Compton to the influential 40 Under 40 Georgia’s Best & Brightest list.

“This is truly a huge honor,” said Compton. “I have looked up to the leaders on this list for a number of years, and I am thankful for this recognition.”

The 40 Under 40 list, released today, is a compilation of leaders from Georgia’s business, culture, academic and government worlds. The editorial staff of Georgia Trend cites their criteria for the 40 Under 40 as someone who is making an impact on the entire state, or their corner, of Georgia.

Compton says the credit for this award goes to his staff at Red Clay Interactive.

“Being a part of this list is truly a testament to the staff at Red Clay,” Compton said. “It is their dedication, and the quality of their work, that made this possible.”

Red Clay Interactive was recently listed in the Inc. 5000 list as the fourth fastest growing advertising and marketing firm in the state. In addition, they were ranked twenty-seventh fastest growing in the Southeast.

“It has been an incredible year for us,” Compton said. “This is truly the icing on the cake.”
